Notary Services

------------------------------

Straightforward. Transparent. Clear.

London Mobile Notary believes that notarial transactions should be all of the above. A typical notarisation will proceed as follows:

1. DOCUMENT ANALYSIS

Send your document(s) and instructions through the website or via email. London Mobile Notary will review and come back to you with any follow up questions.

2. CORRESPONDENCE

If required, London Mobile Notary will correspond with your legal/professional advisors or other bodies to obtain the necessary documentation to deal with your document(s) (e.g. information from Companies house or foreign registries, POAs, etc.).

3. IDENTITY CHECK

Your identity, capacity, and authority to sign the document(s) will be checked in advance of your meeting for the provision of Notarial Services.

4. MEETING AT YOUR HOME/OFFICE

Your physical ID documents will be confirmed in person, as well as your understanding and willingness to execute your document(s) and proceed with notarisation.

5. NOTARISATION

Any required drafting will be completed, and a notarial certificate will be affixed or endorsed to the document(s) as per agreed instructions.

6. LEGALISATION

After notarisation, your document(s) may require an authentication by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office: this is known as an "Apostille". Depending on the destination country, your document(s) may further require Embassy or Consular authentication. London Mobile Notary will guide and assist you with this crucial process in accordance with your instructions.

7. COURIER/POSTING

London Mobile Notary can assist you with both normal and time-sensitive shipment of your notarised document(s) to their required destination.

8. RECORDS AND SAFEKEEPING

A copy of your notarised document(s), together with any ancillary documents and identification provided, will be securely stored in an electronic format, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Notaries Practice Rules 2019.
